Important Message About NCFR 2025:

Reimagining the 2025 NCFR Annual Conference

Proposal Deadlines Have Changed

Big changes are coming to the NCFR Annual Conference this year and you are a part of it!

The NCFR conference program planning committee is working diligently on a new streamlined submission system designed to make it easier to both submit and review proposals.

What’s New?
Timeline Shift: The proposal submission period is moving from February to March as a new system is made ready for you! Members have also said they prefer a deadline later in the semester/calendar.
Proposal System Opening: Moved to the first week of March.
New Deadline: Proposals are now due April 1, 2025.

What to Expect:
A simplified, cohesive Call for Proposals
An intuitive online submission process
Conference registration opens in May
Proposal decisions will be announced mid-June

Note
: Proposals for the TCRM and Affiliate Councils Workshop will have separate online submission processes, announced in our Call, but with their own submission portal.

★ This reimagining is inspired by NCFR’s new vision—Every Family Thriving—and our Guiding Principles, launched in January.
