Dear CFLE Colleagues,

We invite ALL CFLEs to submit a 500-to-700-word reflection relevant to the theme of the Fall 2022 issue, Intergenerational Relationships. Reflections on other topics of interest to CFLEs are also welcome.

CFLEs who submit a reflection will earn up to three continuing education hours. These hours can be applied to the 100 hours required for recertification (https://www.ncfr.org/cfle-certification/maintain-your-certification/5-year-recertification).

Possible Topics for Reflection

• Multigenerational or intergenerational families refer to households comprised of two or more generations who occupy the same home. Please discuss the FLE strategies you use/used to work with multiple generations in the same family.

• Reflections on other topics of interest to CFLEs are also welcome. Please share your experiences, thoughts, or ideas on topics of interest to you and other CFLEs.
